If your item arrives faulty or defective, you are entitled to a return or replacement under our 14-day return policy.

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.

Any item that has been installed, modified, or tampered with is not eligible for return.

Refunds

Return shipping costs are covered by Ambient Auto’Z only for confirmed faulty or incorrect items.

Items that have been installed, altered, or show signs of use not related to a manufacturing fault.
