All of our products are made or configured specifically for each vehicle model. Custom-made or fitted products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.For standard, non-custom items, we offer a 14-day returns window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

To ensure complete peace of mind, we strongly recommend confirming fitment before purchase.If you’re unsure, simply message us with your vehicle registration or VIN and we will verify compatibility before dispatch.

This does not affect your statutory rights.If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Return Process

Refunds

Return shipping costs are covered by Ambient Auto’Z only for confirmed faulty or incorrect items.

Items that have been installed, altered, or show signs of use not related to a manufacturing fault.
