All orders are custom made to order and processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment has been received.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Please note: because our products are custom made, total delivery time (including processing and shipping) can take up to 20 days depending on your location and product type.

2. Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

We ship throughout the UK using trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.

Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days

Express Delivery: 1 working day (if available)

3. International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping on all products.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked, DHL, or UPS depending on destination and order size.

Estimated delivery times (including production):

Europe: up to 15–20 business days

USA & Canada: up to 20 business days

Rest of the world: up to 20–25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary due to customs inspections or local postal delays.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the shipment reaches your country.

These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item or shipping price.

Ambient Auto’Z is not responsible for any customs delays.

5. Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped with tracking information, which will be emailed to you once dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours after shipping for tracking updates to appear.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within 30 days of dispatch:

We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Ambient Auto’Z is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
